Carol has made tough decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic that included reassessing her budget consistently and with a sharp eye, changing product orders, dealing with a ferocious family of raccoons bent on ransacking her store, and being open even when that just meant dragging a cart outside and doing curbside sales. As a woman owned business in the district who’s sole income is derived by her store she knew that hard work, tenacity and a smile would get her through each day whatever happened and through all of it she has made it work.

Carol has traveled all over the world and she’s raring to go back out there!
