Cody is at the point of contact for guest interaction while also managing implementation of PPE for all rooms department employees including Maintenance, Housekeeping, front desk and bellman/shuttle.  He has led by example and pushed the hotel forward during a crisis.  It has been difficult holding everyone to safety protocols but he has been up to the challenge and the return to occupancy has been the result.
