Renting the Main Street Eureka Springs Space

The Main Street Eureka Springs Space is a flexible community gathering space in the heart of Downtown Eureka Springs.

We created this space to help people gather, connect, learn, create, collaborate, and build community. From nonprofit meetings and workshops to community conversations, coworking, classes, retreats, and creative gatherings, we love seeing the space filled with people doing meaningful work together.

Who Can Use this Space

Cost to Use - Sliding Scale

We welcome nonprofits, community groups, educators, creatives, remote workers, civic organizations, small teams, and mission-aligned gatherings.

We especially love projects that help people connect, learn, collaborate, create, or care for this community.

Main Street Eureka Springs is a nonprofit community development organization.

We offer the space on a sliding-scale contribution model because we believe gathering spaces should remain accessible to the community. Some groups may use the space at little or no cost, while commercial or private uses may be charged at a higher rate that helps support the care and sustainability of the space itself.

Space is available at the discretion of Main Street Eureka Springs and is based on a sliding scale fee from $0 - $150, depending on the need and resources available.

Good Fit / Not a Fit

The space is not available for:

  • Events serving alcohol

  • Large private parties

  • Fundraising events unrelated to Main Street Eureka Springs

  • Activities that conflict with our mission or scheduling needs

Parking Information

The Main Street Eureka Springs Space is located in the heart of Downtown Eureka Springs, where public parking is available throughout the downtown district.

Most nearby parking spaces are metered and use the Passport Parking App for payment. We recommend downloading the app before your visit for the easiest experience.

Additional notes:

  • Metered parking is free after 6:00 PM

  • Public parking lots and street parking are available throughout downtown

  • Guests should allow a little extra time during festivals and busy weekends

  • Downtown Eureka Springs is very walkable, so nearby parking may be just a short walk away
