Violence, Harassment & Accountability Policy

Main Street Eureka Springs is committed to a community where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to participate fully. Our Board of Directors has adopted a Violence, Harassment & Accountability Policy that prohibits harassment, discrimination, and violence of any kind by anyone associated with our organization — including leadership, staff, volunteers, and event attendees. Every report is taken seriously, held in confidence, and investigated promptly, with zero tolerance for violence and firm protection against retaliation.
