Just for Northwest Arkansas. Just for retailers.

What is the OZ INC Artist + Maker Wholesale Market?

More importantly. Why is it important to Northwest Arkansas?

The OZ INC Market is a wholesale market event with regional artisans ready to take their business and bespoke goods to the wholesale level, giving Northwest Arkansas retailers first dibs on local talent, zip code dominance, and seasonal sales cycle priorities.

The Ozark Incubator — hence the name OZ INC — is an entrepreneurial program that allows juried makers to scale and streamline their businesses. During their 10-weeks together, the cohort works to build their enterprise, refine wholesale market tactics, and support other makers as they bring their goods to market. Although already masters at their craft, OZ INC readies them to shift into a sustainable wholesale business model.

Spearheaded by Main Street Eureka Springs, the program is a door of opportunity for LGBTQ+ and age 50+ artists and makers through the support of Etsy, the Mastercard Center for Inclusion, and the Arkansas Community Foundation.

There are three markets annually open by invitation to retail owners. The OZ INC + Maker Wholesale Market is held in March, July, and October. Events are currently held at the Main Street headquarters at 65 N. Main Street in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

A regional market is vital if Northwest Arkansas hopes to drive a strong regional artisan trade-goods economy. OZ INC is in place to deliver on that need, channeling makers toward retailers looking for trends in Arkansas-made.
